October 25, 2011 was the slated release date for Battlefield 3 up until a few days ago when billboards were spotted displaying the date of October 28, 2011 in the UK. To clear things up, we have compiled a list of Battlefield 3 release dates for multiple countries.

Battlefield 3 Release Dates By Country (Xbox 360, PS3, PC)

October 25, 2011
USA, Canada, Singapore

October 27, 2011
Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Australia

October 28, 2011
UK, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy

Asian release dates for the game are unknown, but we would expect the digital version to be released on 25th of October in these countries: India, China, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Russia. Given Portugal's proximity to Spain, it may be likely it will be released on the 27th there. Mexico may get it on the 25th and Brazil may get it on the 27th. Hungarian fans of Battlefield 3 should expect an October 28th release date.

Dates sourced from official EA Battlefield 3 websites.

What could possibly be the reason to have different release dates? It's really disrespectful to those who don't get the game on day 1. Some might say "QQ it's just a game" but that's not the point. They must have had a meeting about release day and for some reason they decide "Hey lets release it later for some, I'm sure they'll like it".

I understand the US and Canada getting it first, but why Singapore. Their rich and stuff, but all regions should release on individual dates. i.e. US, Canada, Mexico, and all those central american countries in one day...
